PURCHASING TICKETS
Tickets for AmericanAirlines Arena’s world-class events can be purchased online, by phone, or at the Arena. For general ticket information, contact the AmericanAirlines Arena Ticket Office at (786) 777-1250.

Tickets can be purchased online or by phone through Ticketmaster:

To purchase tickets at the Arena:

• Visit our on-site Ticket Office Window, located on the north side of the Arena near Gate 3. Ticket Office hours are Monday – Friday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Hours may be extended on event days.
• Tickets for future games and upcoming Miami events also are available at the Guest Services Booth in Section 103.

WILL CALL INFORMATION
Tickets purchased in advance can be left at the Will Call Window, located on the north side of the Arena next to Gate 3.  You must have a valid photo ID to receive your tickets.
