Social groups, employees, youth organizations or professional associations will receive customized service to include upper or lower level ticket discounts and a memorable event experience.

VIP Ticket Package feature an array of amenities for select shows to include:

Birthday Party Packages

Celebrate birthday parties in style at the home of world class Family Shows. Your child can be a princess for a day at Disney On Ice or a basketball star at the Harlem Globetrotters game! Packages can be customized with lower-level or upper-level tickets along with a variety of catering options. Party suite rentals are also an option for select shows.

Birthday Party packages include:

  • Great seats close together
  • Special Birthday gift for the guest of honor
  • A complimentary VIP Parking Pass

Special discounts for world class events are available, with no cost and little effort to companies. From family shows to sporting events and even select concerts; special offers for valued MVP's is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  2. A customized E-Card will be sent to your designated Group Leader or Human Resources Representative.
  3. Simply forward the E-Card to your database, post on your intranet or social media and let your group place their own ticket orders. Your employees will enjoy great seats at discounted prices... complimentary of your company!

Special concert pre-sale & discount ticket offers can be emailed to membership & employee database, at no cost to companies! It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Family Show Scout Patch Program

Family shows such as the Harlem Globetrotters & Disney on Ice have designed educational and exciting programs, especially for Scouts. Troops can earn an exclusive patch while enjoying the excitement of live entertainment while learning something new. *Family shows also offer exclusive group assets for groups of 50 or more, such as “behind the scenes” tours, chalk talks, fan tunnels and more!

Troop Leaders are rewarded for their efforts with added value for their troop, complimentary tickets and special offers for other events.

FUN - Raiser Program

Raise money for your organization & bring joy to families at the same time! Groups and organizations can raise funds by selling discounted tickets to world-class events at AmericanAirlines Arena.

For every discounted ticket sold, up to $5.00 per ticket will go back to your organization! Special incentives and added value are also available for reaching ticket sales goals. (Ticket discounts & incentives vary per event).

FUN-Raising is as simple as 1, 2, 3!

  2. A customized E-Card will be sent to your designated Group Leader.
  3. Simply forward the E-Card to your customer base and post the offer on your social media and let your group place their own ticket orders.

Ticket consignment programs are also available upon request. Hard tickets can be printed for groups to sell. (Remaining unsold tickets must be returned with payment within 7 business days prior to the event).

Your guests will enjoy great seats at discounted prices, complimentary of your ticket sales efforts. In return, your organization will raise valuable funds for a great cause! A check will be mailed to your organization within 10 business days following the event.
